International Orders: For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Customs Clearance: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Restricted Items: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on the destination. We will notify you if any part of your order cannot be shipped to your location.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
