At Happiness A2Z Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences through our courses and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.
1. Course Enrollment Refunds
Cancellation Before Course Start Date: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us at least 10 days before the course start date. You will be eligible for a refund of the course fee, minus a 30% processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Cancellation After Course Start Date: Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course start date or after the course has begun are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or missed classes.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Documentation may be required to support your request.
2. Digital Products
Non-Refundable: All digital products, including course materials, downloadable content, and online resources, are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure that you review all product descriptions and requirements before making a purchase.
3. Course Materials
Damaged or Defective Materials: If you receive course materials that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Returns: Physical course materials (if applicable) must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Processing Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any applicable fees (e.g., processing fees, shipping costs). We do not refund any non-refundable charges or services already rendered.
5. Course Rescheduling
Rescheduling Requests: If you are unable to attend a course on the scheduled date, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another session of the same course, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before the course start date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to our discretion.
