1. Services Provided

done-for-you funnel and landing page design services

Discovery consultationFunnel and landing page designFunnel strategy consultingFunnel building and testingPost-delivery training and support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information needed to fulfill the servicesBe available for communication and feedback during the projectPay all agreed-upon fees according to the specified termsReview and approve deliverables in a timely manner

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin any projectThe remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before final deliveryPayments are accepted via PayPalNo work will commence, nor will final files be delivered, until payments are made as agreed

4. Revisions

Unlimited revisions are included during the project timeline until final approval is givenOnce final approval is given and the project is closed, any further revisions will be subject to additional charges

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom design work,

all sales are final

and no refunds will be issued once work has commenced and/or final deliverables have been provided.

If you are dissatisfied with the work at any stage prior to final approval, we encourage open communication so we can address your concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs and materials created by KingsleyFunnel remain the property of KingsleyFunnel until full payment is receivedUpon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered assets will be transferred to youKingsleyFunnel retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our servicesAny delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)The performance of third-party platforms or tools used in the funnel (such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, PayPal, etc.)

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business information. Any non-public information shared during the project will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services if:

Payment terms are not metClient is unresponsive or uncooperativeThere is a breach of these Terms and Conditions

In case of termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your business's jurisdiction (for example:
